Lost With My Saturn Over the past eighteen months, I have been going to Colonial Chevrolet in Acton, MA to have my oil changed and tires rotated. I have been extremely happy with the service I receive at Colonial.
Over the past number of weeks, I had noticed my low coolant light coming on. I had a gas station put coolant in my car. At the next oil change, my mechanic, Mark Nindel, checked over my car. He found that there was a water pump leak which was causing the coolant light to come on and leak fluid onto the timing belt. If he hadn't found the leak, it would have damaged the engine.
They not only provided great service, they let me use a loner car over the weekend for free since they had to order a part to service my car. When the time comes for a new car, I will look to purchase my next car at Colonial Chevrolet. Barbara D.

Very happy with the work and service at the Body Shop at this location. I had the body fixed and painted on my 2011 VW Jetta after an accident. Jen and Michael were great to work with. They were helpful and knowledgable during the entire process, and promptly answered all questions I had.

I recently bought a 2011 Equinox and let me tell you this was the easiest buying experience I have ever had buying a car. My salesman Brian was very straight forward with everything and told me exactly was to expect and did all the running around for me. All I had to do was call my insurance company and they did the rest. I got a great deal and didn't have to do much, this was way more help then I have ever gotten in the past.
I would recommend this dealership to anyone who asks. Not only that but the service department was very helpful answering all my questions. I will never go anywhere else to service or purchase my car.

The Service Department is the best I have ever experienced. Fast, Friendly, and not overpriced. I have a 2003 Chevy Silverado that gets serviced there. Always a great experience. I would never go anywhere else for Service.
